A dozen people were hurt.Josiah Miller died when the winds blew a 3,000-pound portable air conditioning unit over on him.Three and a half weeks after Josiah\u2019s death, his father, Jason Miller, filed a\u00a0wrongful death lawsuit against All Needz Rental, Incorporated, and other unnamed defendants, including the people who owned and set up the portable air conditioning units.One year later, the lawsuit is still in the discovery phase.Lawyers are interviewing people and trying to gather as much information as they can about what happened and who was involved.Huntsville Personal Injury law firm\u00a0Morris, King & Hodge, P.C., is handling the Millers\u2019 lawsuit.\u201cThe Miller family is still grieving the loss of their child, Josiah,\u201d said Attorney Joe King on behalf of the family. \u201cThey are greatly appreciative of the outpouring of support in this community.
