David J. Hodge, a partner in the Huntsville-based personal injury law firm of Morris, King & Hodge, P.C., has been inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers following a confidential screening process, the law firm announced today.
Mr. Hodge’s induction as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers took place during the organization’s annual meeting in Washington, D.C., last month. The invitation-only fellowship recognizes trial attorneys who demonstrate “the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality,” according to the ACTL website.
Mr. Hodge has secured approximately $50 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients in Alabama and across the United States during more than 20 years of practicing law. In addition to the most recent recognition from the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Hodge has received numerous professional honors, such as repeated listings in Super Lawyers magazine and Best Lawyers in America.
