Controlling Your Dog
- Monitor your dog at all times.
- Keep an eye on other dogs and their interactions with your dog.
- Only visit a dog park if your dog consistently obeys basic commands like “stop” and “come.”
- Bring less noisy or distracting toys.
- Older dogs are generally going to be more obedient and less likely to cause trouble.
- Prevent your dog from getting muddy or dirty. It’s easier to grab ahold of a dog if it isn’t gross.
