by Morris, King & Hodge, P.C.
We are pleased to announce that Morris, King & Hodge P.C. has been named to the U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” for 2017.
Our firm is honored to have received a Tier 1 ranking, the highest ranking level, in the 2017 Edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” for the Metropolitan Huntsville Area in the categories of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, and Commercial Litigation. Best Law Firms also recognized our law firm’s Appellate Practice.
In announcing the rankings, U.S. News and Best Lawyers said, “Firms included in the 2017 ‘Best Law Firms’ list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. Achieving a tiered ranking signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise.”
It is rewarding to us to know that our clients and fellow attorneys in the Huntsville and Northern Alabama legal community have a high regard for our legal work, as reflected by these rankings.
To compile the rankings, U.S. News and Best Lawyers surveyed more than 10,000 attorneys and more than 10,000 legal clients nationwide for their views on 13,803 law firms across the United States. It is the highest number of participating firms and client ballots in the seven years the rankings have been published.
To be eligible to be ranked, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the country.
In August, three of our firm’s attorneys — Harvey B. Morris, David J. Hodge and Joseph D. “Joey” Aiello — were listed in the 2017 edition of Best Lawyers in America. Each of them has been cited by previous editions of the publication, as well.
At Morris, King & Hodge, we represent individuals and families in Northern Alabama who have been injured in car and motorcycle accidents, workplace accidents (workers’ compensation cases) and by defective products. We also pursue litigation involving insurance and business disputes, as well as other personal injury and wrongful death cases.
We appreciate being recognized for the work we have done on behalf of our clients. But more importantly, we are focused on ensuring the quality of personalized service and effective legal representation we will provide Alabamians in the weeks, months and years ahead is as good or better.
