Paralegal – Personal Injury
Kortnee Pike is a dedicated paralegal specializing in personal injury law. With over six years of legal experience—including two years in personal injury and four years in family law—Kortnee brings a deep understanding of the legal process and a compassionate approach to client care. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Auburn University and is currently pursuing her Associate Degree at Calhoun Community College.
Kortnee’s path to becoming a paralegal was shaped by a deep respect for the vital support role paralegals play in advocating for clients and assisting attorneys. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her clients and witnessing their resilience and success firsthand.
Originally from a military family, Kortnee grew up across the country—living in Idaho, Alabama, Florida, California, Maryland, Washington, and Hawaii—before returning to Alabama in 2017 to be closer to her father, a 27-year Navy submarine veteran. She quickly fell in love with the Madison community and has proudly made it her permanent home.
At the firm, Kortnee values the collaborative and uplifting team environment. She considers herself fortunate to work with colleagues who bring their best every day and who support one another both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Kortnee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Coleman, and their four children—Lorelai, Harrison, Georgia Rae, and Minnie. With three kids active in school theater, Kortnee is often in the audience cheering them on. She also loves home improvement projects, cooking, and crafting.
